1. What this service is
Inside Health HQ LLC ("Inside Health HQ," "we") operates insidehealthhq.com, a platform for ordering direct-to-consumer lab testing. We are not a laboratory and we do not practice medicine. Lab work is performed by accredited labs in our clinical services partner's network, and each order is authorized by a licensed clinician as part of a telehealth relationship — not by us directly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we're currently licensed to serve to place an order. We check this before checkout; if your state isn't covered yet, you won't be able to complete an order.
3. Accuracy of information
The profile information you provide (identity, date of birth, address, etc.) is used to create your patient record and place a valid lab order. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate — incorrect information can delay or prevent your order from being processed.
4. Ordering, pricing, and payment
Prices shown at checkout include the panel price and a separately itemized Lab Processing Fee — we don't fold hidden fees into the panel price. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order. By placing an order you authorize this charge.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order yourself from your account within a short window after placing it, before it's been processed. If we're unable to actually get your order set up after payment — for example, a problem on our end placing the lab order — you're automatically refunded in full and notified by email; you don't need to request it. Refunds after lab work has already been performed are handled case by case — contact orders@insidehealthhq.com.
6. Medical disclaimer
Results provided through this service are informational and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your results, especially anything you find concerning. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
7. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inside Health HQ's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays, errors, or issues that originate with our lab or clinical services partners, though we'll always work with you to resolve them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Inside Health HQ LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
